According to market research firm Counterpoint, the top 5 models in 2021 belonged to Apple. The iPhone 12 emerged as the best-selling model. Then there are the iPhone 12 Pro Max, iPhone 13, iPhone 12 Pro and iPhone 11. According to the report, the top 3 models in the list accounted for 41% of Apple's total sales.
In addition to Apple, the Samsung Galaxy A12 ranked sixth on the list of top 10 best-selling smartphones globally. Also, Xiaomi's Redmi 9A and Redmi 9 also joined the list in 2021. According to the firm, both phones accounted for 22% of the company's total sales.
