
Coldness increases as wind direction changes in Gujarat, temperature recorded at 14 degrees in Vadodara
Ahmedabad: Coldness is increasing in Gujarat due to snowfall in North India. The minimum temperature in various cities of the state has decreased by one to three degrees during the past two days. The Meteorological Department has expressed the possibility that the current cold wave will continue in the state during the coming days. The lowest temperature of 14 degrees was recorded in Amreli and Vadodara in the last 24 hours in the state.
Temperature likely to remain at 16 degrees in Gandhinagar
There is a possibility of increasing coldness after the next two days. Due to the change in wind direction, the coldness may increase. The minimum temperature in Ahmedabad was 17 degrees while the temperature was recorded in Gandhinagar at 16 degrees. In the next 24 hours, the temperature is likely to remain at 17 degrees in Ahmedabad and 16 degrees in Gandhinagar.
Cold and dry winds blew
In the early morning, the wind speed was higher than normal, causing a cold snap. Due to which the minimum temperature in various cities was around 15 degrees in the early morning, so it is feeling quite cold.’
According to the data released by the Meteorological Department, on Thursday, the minimum temperature was recorded in Vadodara and Keshod around 14 degrees. Along with this, the minimum temperature was recorded at 16 degrees in Deesa, 16 degrees in Gandhinagar, 18 degrees in V.V. Nagar, 14 degrees in Vadodara, 19 degrees in Bhuj, 15 degrees in Naliya, 15 degrees in Kandla, 14 degrees in Amreli, 16 degrees in Bhavnagar, 15 degrees in Porbandar, 15 degrees in Rajkot, 17 degrees in Surendranagar.
Minimum temperature in Ahmedabad 17 degrees
On the other hand, some cities in the state have not made the necessary arrangements for winter, hence the minimum temperature is being recorded between 16 and 18 degrees. People are still feeling the heat due to the intense heat in the afternoon. The minimum temperature in Ahmedabad has been recorded at 17 degrees. The maximum temperature in Ahmedabad was recorded at 33 degrees. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of any major change in the maximum temperature for the next five days.
