A case of an overloaded boat sinking has come to light in Bihar's Chhapra district this morning. Two youths lost their lives in this accident. When 8 people were rescued. The accident took place in a large pond (pond) located in Pachbhinda village of Taraiya police station area. The small boat was carrying more people than it could carry. All the rescued people were shifted to hospital for treatment. The video of the sinking of the boat came out. In which it is clear that the boat has sunk because more people than the capacity have been placed in the small boat.

The deceased has been identified as 18-year-old Bitu Kumar Singh, a resident of Pachbhinda village. He was the only son of the family. His father has also passed away earlier. The family is in mourning as the only lamp in the house has been extinguished. Meanwhile, another deceased has been identified as 18-year-old Dasai Manjhi, said to be the son of Sooraj Kumar. A video of the accident has also surfaced, in which the people on board the boat are seen drowning in the water.

According to the information, Chhath Parva was being celebrated in the big Pokhara of the village this morning. Then 10 people boarded a small boat. Due to overloading, the boat went out of control and overturned a short distance from the shore. Somehow the villagers rescued 8 people from the lake to safety.
