ઉપર્યુક્ત વિષય અંગે જણાવવાનું કે, સંદર્ભમાં દર્શાવેલ કેન્દ્ર સરકારશ્રીના પત્રોથી રાજ્યમાં અમલિકૃત જુદી જુદી કેન્દ્ર પુરસ્કૃત પ્રિ-મેટ્રીક તથા પોસ્ટમેટ્રીક શિષ્યવૃત્તિ યોજનામાં કેન્દ્ર સરકારશ્રી દ્વારા મળેલ સૂચના અનુસાર રાજ્યની દરેક શાળામાં અભ્યાસ કરતાં અનુસૂચિત જાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓનું Aadhar Based Biometric e-KYC ફરજિયાત કરવામાં આવેલ
છે.
ઉકત બાબતે ઉચ્ચકક્ષાએ નક્કી થયા મુજબ રાજયમાં અન્ન અને નાગરિક પુરવઠા વિભાગ દ્વારા રેશનકાર્ડના ડેટાબેઝમાં તમામ લાભાર્થીઓનું Aadhaar Based Biometric eKYC કરવામાં આવી જ રહેલ છે. જેથી રાજ્યના અન્ય વિભાગોએ જ્યાં જ્યાં Aadhaar Based Biometric eKYC કરવાની જરૂર પડે ત્યારે સંબધિત વિભાગોએ અન્ન અને નાગરિક પુરવઠા વિભાગના ડેટાબેઝ સાથે ઓનલાઇન Integration કરી API Service મારફત સંબંધિત વિદ્યાર્થીઓની આધારની eKYCની વિગતો મેળવી લેવાની રહે છે અલગથી Aadhaar Based Biometric eKYC કરવાનું રહેતુ નથી. ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર આ બાબતનું Integration already કરવામાં આવેલ છે અને આ Integration મારફત વિદ્યાર્થીઓનો Aadhaar Based Biometric eKYCનો ડેટા પણ મેળવવામાં આવે છે.
વિદ્યાર્થી/લાભાર્થી અન્ન અને નાગરિક પુરવઠા વિભાગના ડેટાબેઝમાં પોતાનું Aadhaar Based Biometric eKYC નીચે મુજબના જુદા જુદા ઓપ્શનથી કરી શકે છે.
1. "My Ration" Mobile Application દ્રારા જાતે જ કરી શકશે. (Mobile App Link: click here)
2. મામલતદાર કચેરીની પુરવઠા શાખા અથવા મહાનગરપાલિકા વિસ્તારમાં ઝોનલ ઓફીસની મુલાકાત લઇ કરી શકાશે.
3. ગ્રામ પંચાયત કચેરીમાં VCE મારફત કરી શકાશે.
4. શાળાના આચાર્યશ્રીઓ પણ કરી શકશે.
વધુમાં ઉક્ત બાબતે માન. મુખ્ય સચિવશ્રીએ જુદા જુદા વિભાગના અધિકારીશ્રીઓ સાથે પણ મીટીંગ કરી તમામ વિદ્યાર્થીઓ/લાભાર્થીઓનું Aadhaar Based Biometric eKYC સૂચનાઓ આપેલ છે. આ બાબતે આપની કક્ષાએથી જિલ્લા કક્ષાએથી સંબંધિતોને તાત્કાલિક સૂચનાઓ આપવા વિનંતી છે કે ઉક્ત ઓપ્શનની મદદથી આપના જિલ્લા હસ્તકની શાળાઓના સંબધિત અનુસૂચિત જાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓના Aadhar Based Biometric e-KYC કરવામાં આવે.
રેશનકાર્ડ મળી રહે તેમજ જો રેશનકાર્ડમાં નામ ન હોય તો તાત્કાલિક રેશનકાર્ડમાં નામ ઉમેરી શકાય તે બાબતની જરૂરી તમામ વ્યવસ્થા ગોઠવવા વિનંતી છે.
આમ ઉક્ત તમામ વિગતો ધ્યાને લઇ અનુસૂચિત જાતિના તમામ પાત્રતા ધરાવતા વિદ્યાર્થીઓને સમયસર શિષ્યવૃત્તિ મળી રહે તે માટે, અનુસૂચિત જાતિના વિદ્યાર્થીઓના Aadhar Based Biometric e-KYC કરવામાં આવે તે માટે તેમજ જરૂરીયાત વાળા તમામ લાભાર્થીઓને રેશનકાર્ડ મળી રહે અને જો રેશનકાર્ડમાં નામ ન હોય તો તાત્કાલિક રેશનકાર્ડમાં નામ ઉમેરી આપવામાં આવે તે માટે આપની કક્ષાએથી સંબંધિતોને જરૂરી સૂચના આપી કાર્યવાહી પૂર્ણ કરશો.
